Camon TC07 Turf Cutter
A turf cutter is a self-propelled turf removal machine that cuts into layers of grass and soil to reveal the ground underneath.
These machines are ideal for use during gardening projects, construction projects, laying underground cables and pipes and installing artificial grass.
The Camon TC07 is easy to operate, simply start the engine and squeeze the two-step safety lever to engage the cutting blades. Then lower the blades into the turf using the lever at the rear of the machine. Engage the rear wheel drive using the gear lever and away you go. As you walk along with the machine, the blades cut through the top layer of turf, leaving 30cm wide strips that can be rolled up and removed from the ground without damaging the turf. This means that work can be carried out, such as the installation of pipes and cables, and then the same turf can be rolled back out over the ground to bed back in.
The required cutting depth is easily achieved with the height adjustment on the front of the machine and can be adjusted from 10mm to 35mm and will cut a 30cm (12″) wide strip of turf cleanly, quickly and effortlessly.
Vibration is kept to a minimum thanks to a unique anti-vibration mount on the handlebars.
The turf cutter can be used throughout the year, just make sure the ground is not frozen during the winter or too hard and dry in the summer.
